M-Pulse

The brief

T-Mobile’s knowledge wiki needed a makeover, and they were keen to capitalize on the opportunity to empower all their employees.

I led a team of UX, UI and Product Designers. We worked with T-Mobile to assess the existing platform, explore opportunities, defined a shared vision, and launch an MVP product.

Along the way we identified key difference makers. AI was a significant factor in reducing time on task, better authoring tools were critical to keeping content more relevant, personalization surfaced relevant info for all users, and our innovative navigation paid tribute to the “magenta” spirit that helped make T-Mobile who they are today.

Prototyping for Research

My team put together more than nine prototypes. These were tested across more than 300 users and included three personas, four worker types, nationwide coverage, and were key to shaping our understanding of what users found valuable.
